One Direction say their new album 'isn't over-produced': 'It has a classic and natural sound'

UK based boyband One Direction just announced that their new album 'Four' will be released on November 17 and they have now admitted that it will sound clean and organic.

Speaking to MTV News recently, the lads opened up about their forthcoming new album and Louis Tomlinson explained that it has a 'natural' sound: "Some of the songs have got a classic, natural, quite simple [sound to] some of it. Not too over-produced."

In the same interview, as previously reported, heartthrob Zayn Malik confessed that it's definitely more mature and showcases a different side of what they can do and what they like:

"I think it’s just a progression on the last stuff we’ve done. We haven’t tried to go too different with it. We tried to keep what is our sound, but just kind of grow with it as we’ve obviously grown up. We’ve grown a bit more facial hair. And our lyrics need to get a little older as well. So we just kind of want to grow with our fan base."
