One Direction unveil exciting photos from their 'Steal My Girl' music video shoot

The heartthrobs in boyband One Direction were in Los Angeles recently to shoot the music video for their brand new track 'Steal My Girl' and they have now shared a series of exciting pictures from the set.

They will release the track this coming Sunday (October 12) in the UK as their new single and the promo clio boasts a cameo from superstar actor Danny DeVito (pictured below), who plays the role of their video director.

It has been confirmed that the 'Steal My Girl' video was directed by Ben Turner and Gabe Turner, and the lads' former creative collaborator Ben Winston is the producer. Speaking to Digital Spy recently, Winston teased that it is an unusual video that will be surprising to Directioners around the world:

"I saw a first cut of it yesterday and it's looking incredible. It's quite an exciting video. You should expect the unexpected on this one. It's weird and wonderful."

The track itself was co-writer Julian Bunetta and he told MTV News that it was inspired by experiences all of the members have endured over the years: “There are a few meanings behind it… there is the one that speaks to the bigger picture of them and their fans, and there is the one that speaks to the actual person in your life, and that was very intentional. It’s based on everybody’s experience: you have six guys in a room that have all been in love before and we all have jealousy — some are better at hiding it than others, but we don’t like when people hit on our girlfriends.”
