One Direction on new tour dates news: 'We couldn't do this without your support'

Earlier today (October 23), One Direction confirmed a number of new European and American tour dates that are due to take place next year.

The lads will head out in 2015 on their 'On The Road Again' jaunt and the first new show will kick off on June 10 in Vienna, Austria at the Ernst-Happel-Stadion. The lads have all taken to their Twitter pages to express their excitement at the news and member Louis Tomlinson explained:

"Adding more dates to On The Road Again tour. Thank you, we wouldn’t be able to do this without your constant support!"

Singer Liam Payne told his followers that he can't wait to visit new cities: "Adding Europe and America to the tour next year!! Going to countries and cities we have never toured before, really excited!" Irish heartthrob Niall Horan confessed that he's amazed that there's still demand for more dates: "Can't believe we have added more dates to our On the Road Again tour."

Speaking about the addition of the dates in a press release, Horan said: "We could not be more excited about the new tour. We’ve started rehearsing songs from the new album and can’t wait for the fans to hear them live. We’re just so very thankful to our amazingly loyal fans - they make it possible for us to play in these incredible places and continue to surprise us every day with their unwavering support."
