One Direction star Harry Styles says it is "incredible" how well the band gets on with each other.

The five singers never knew each other until they were pieced together on the X Factor in 2010 to form a group.

The boyband have since travelled the globe numerous times together and it seems their bond is only getting stronger.

Harry Styles told Australia's 60 Minutes: "We’re lucky that we do get on.

"The relationship that I’ve grown with these four boys who I didn’t know three years ago is absolutely insane, and it’s incredible. I am very lucky that I get to spend so much time with them."

He continued: "There could have been one person who just didn’t get on with anyone and no one liked, but it isn’t like that."

One Direction meanwhile will release their new album 'FOUR' on November 17.
