One Direction: 'Now we feel like we really want to take a hold of where our career is going'

One Direction have stressed that they want to take more control over their future.

The group today (November 17) released their fourth album 'FOUR'.

Speaking recently to Digital Spy, Liam Payne said that he feels the quintet are now in a place where they want to assert more authority over the band's plans.

He said: "Now we feel like we really want to take a hold of where our career is going; to say the things we want to say, and sing about the stuff we want to sing about.

"I'd say out of all the albums we've had out so far, this is the album I've had on repeat. Whereas the other ones I haven't really listened to that much since we did them."

'FOUR' meanwhile features the lead single 'Steal My Girl', as well as upcoming release 'Night Changes'.
