Harry Styles on One Direction GRAMMYs snub: 'You can't kick off when you don't get nominated'

The nominees for 2015's GRAMMYs were announced earlier this week and One Direction were notably missing from the extensive list.

Speaking to heat magazine at tonight's (December 11) BBC Music Awards, heartthrob Harry Styles explained that they aren't bothered with the lack of recognition at the ceremony because there are so many other talented acts to go up against:

"There's so much incredible music out there you can't kick off when you don't get it. There are a lot of awards shows we are nominated for and we are lucky."

The BBC also shared an from the superstars this evening about their huge tour schedule and quoted them as saying: "We've only spent 40 nights in our own beds this year. It's hard on the back."

The group, meanwhile, will perform at the 'X Factor' live final over the weekend and Simon Cowell just teased that they're planning something special for the event: "I was talking to the One Direction guys and they've planned something special... but I don't want to give anything away."
