One Direction's Louis Tomlinson says he would "love" to be on Celebrity Big Brother.

The reality TV is currently airing in the UK on Channel 5, with the likes of Perez Hilton in the house.

Singer Tomlinson has often tweeted about the programme and this week was no exception.

The Big Brother Twitter account got in on the action too, typing seemingly in reference to spin-off show Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Side:

"Come on, @Louis_Tomlinson! You're welcome on the show anytime. We'll even provide some biscuits. Actual biscuits! #CBBBOTS."

Tomlinson replied: "I would love to!! You know I would ha! But I'm away now!"

One Direction meanwhile are due to start their On The Road Again world tour in Sydney on February 7.
