An anti-drugs group in the Philippines have called on One Direction to take a test for substances when they arrive in the country later this month.

The group are due to perform at Manila's SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds on March 21 and 22.

However, local group Laban ng Pamilyang Pilipino want the band to take a drugs test when they touch down off the plane.

This is because Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik were caught on video apparently smoking marijuana in a bus on their Where We Are tour in Peru last year.

The organisation commented: "This is for the welfare of their fans, mostly youth."

The Manila dates form part of One Direction's 2015 world On The Road Again tour.
