Liam Payne on 1D's break: 'It'll be a lot harder than we think'

Boyband One Direction will go on hiatus next year and the superstars have confessed that they will all probably struggle with putting their collective music career on hold for a while.

Singer Liam Payne told Ryan Seacrest that he and the other lads will all miss the band while they're taking a break because it never truly feels like work:

"I don't see how you couldn't miss doing this every day...it's going to be a lot harder than we think."

He was also quick to reassure devoted Directioners that the boyband will resume as normal once they feel as though they've had enough time off, adding: "We're definitely going to come back."
