Louis Tomlinson rep confirms singer was present at birth of child

A rep for Louis Tomlinson has denied reports that the singer forced to miss the birth of his first child.

The Brit confirmed at the weekend that he had become the father to a baby boy after US stylist Briana Jungwirth gave birth in Los Angeles.

However, tabloid reports suggested Tomlinson was made to sit outside in a car during the birth after an argument with Jungwirth's mother.

A rep for the One Direction man denied the reports, confirming that Tomlinson didn't miss the big moment.

They said: "This story is absolutely not true and Louis was by Briana's side the whole time in delivery room for the birth."

Reports first broke about the possible birth of the baby on Friday (January 22).

It has been suggested that the name of the child is Sydney Rain, but this has not yet been confirmed.

Since the birth, Tomlinson has been pictured with a baby carrier getting into a car.
