Louis Tomlinson says leaving baby Freddie is 'tough'

Singer Louis Tomlinson, of One Direction fame, has revealed that attending the BRITs meant leaving his adorable new baby Freddie behind, which was a tough thing to do.

Speaking to press during a BRITs afterparty special on ITV2, the 'Drag Me Down' heartthrob explained that coming back to England was hard and he misses his son: "(Fatherhood) is good. It's intense. It's really exciting... This is my first time away from Freddie so it's tough."

Tomlinson welcomed baby Freddie into the world with Briana Jungwirth back in January and following the baby's birth, he tweeted: "I'm pleased to say my baby son was born yesterday :) He is healthy and pretty amazing :) I'm very happy!!"

1D, meanwhile, won the fan-voted for BRIT Award for Best Music Video (which they earned for the 'Drag Me Down' visuals) and NASA sent them a tweet to congratulate them on their success with the clip, which was filmed at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.
