1D star says Harry Styles wasn't 'too happy' about cutting his hair

Niall Horan says Harry Styles wasn't overjoyed at chopping off his locks for a movie role.

The singer cut off some of his hair for a part in upcoming war movie Dunkirk, which is currently being shot.

The Brit also donated some of his hair to the Little Princess Trust.

Speaking to The Sun, bandmate Horan said the singer wasn't too pleased with lopping off his lucious locks.

He said: "I wouldn't say he was too happy about it but it is what it is, he's in a movie now."

Dunkirk casting director John Papsidera meanwhile recently said Styles beat a number of high-profile actors to the part.

The movie, directed by Christopher Nolan, will be released in July next year.
