Member Niall Horan has sent out a string of messages over the past couple of days that revealed they're having an "amazing" time recording with Savan Kotecha, who recently spoke to Pressparty about teaming up with the lads, and on May 10 he explained:

"Great day soo far in the studio!! got some crackin tunes on the way!.. its been a while since we've been in the studio..great t be back."

Last night (May 11) Horan added: "Another amazing day in studio with rami, carl and @savan_kotecha, got some sick tunes for next album, and for you to hear worldwide on tour."

The group, who are in Sweden with a talented team of songwriters, also shared a photograph from the studio that shows the set-up they're working with. 

 

 

Earlier tonight (May 12), Horan returned to Twitter and told his followers that not only have they "seen some flashers", but the new material is coming thick and fast: "great day in studio! just finished...off to sleep! long day ! see you all tomorrow #1DinSweden."
