One Direction heartthrob Harry Styles has opened up on one of his kissing disasters.

Speaking to OK! magazine, the teenager said that he once kissed someone only to find himself bleeding profusely afterwards.

He said that the girl cut his lip due to her enthusiasm and unbridled passion. He said:

"Somebody cut my lip once! She came in a bit fast, hit my lip onto my tooth and it started bleeding. There was blood everywhere."

The rest of the boys are quoted as retorting:

"Was that Caroline Flack?"

The internet meanwhile recently went a bit wild after a video emerged of Harry Styles and Niall Horan almost kissing on stage.
