One Direction's Niall Horan has taken to his official Twitter page for a question and answer session with his devoted followers.

When asked if he experienced any bouts of nerves before performing at the 2012 Olympic Closing Ceremony, Horan explained that it was a once in a lifetime opportunity so they focused on that to get through it calmly:

"Yes of course..but i just thought... we're performing at the olympics closing ceremony lets enjoy this..for what it is."

He also opened up about his love of guitars, revealing that he now owns 5 because he recently bought a "new electric" and publicly told One Direction's session guitarist Dan that he hopes "plenty more" rockstar type photos will be taken of him during the group's next tour:

"Plenty more shots like that will be taken on the next tour! electric guitar this time too."

Horan even shared his career highlights, citing winning a BRIT as one of his favourite memories to date: "we have had some amazing moments..winnin brit, the teen choice awards,number 1 album! olympic closing ceremony.
