One Direction say it would be "wicked" to work with Justin Bieber

One Direction are still keen on collaborating with Justin Bieber.

Talk of a blockbuster duet between the two massive pop acts was mooted earlier this year when the British boyband spent time at Bieber's house.

They have since hung out more together - including in the US after the MTV VMAs in September - but no collaboration has been forthcoming.

However, One Direction heartthrob Zayn Malik told Capital FM that it would be "wicked" to work with Bieber at some point in the future. He said:

"Yeah, he's a cool guy. He's just a normal kid and we just get on quite well so yeah, we've been chillin' with Biebs. We weren't talking about that [a collaboration] at the house the other night but maybe – who knows."

The 'Live While We're Young' star continued: "I don't think anything's going to be on the next album or anything, but in the future it would be wicked to work with him."
