One Direction sat down for an interview with British funnyman Alan Carr yesterday (September 26) and heartthrob Harry Styles opened up about the speculation surrounding his relationship with singer Natalie Imbruglia.

He made headlines recently after meeting the 37-year-old Australian 'Torn' beauty at James Corden's wedding, but explained to Carr that they just had a polite drink and that was the end of their encounter:

"We were at a wedding, James Corden's wedding. We'd never met before, and that was literally it. We had a drink."

"I guess we kinda left at the same time so it might have looked a bit dodgy."

The lads' interview will air in the UK at 9pm tomorrow (September 28) on Channel 4 and it also sees member Louis Tomlinson address the persistent rumours that suggest he and bandmate Harry Styles are gay.
