Photo emerges of One Direction visiting children in Ghana

A photo has been posted online of One Direction during a charity trip to Africa.

The 'What Makes You Beautiful' stars recently revealed that they made a journey to Ghana for Comic Relief's Red Nose Day.

A photo has now been posted online of the group in what looks like a school clapping along with local children.

Harry Styles linked the picture on Twitter and said: "Little preview of our incredible time in Accra, Ghana. @rednoseday we will always owe you for taking us. Thank you xx."

As previously reported, One Direction recently gushed about the trip to Africa, with Liam Payne saying on Twitter:

"Having the most amazing few days of my life!"

Niall Horan meanwhile said: "I've seen the slums right in front of me! This is no joke! They really need your help. Poverty is real. Massive thanks to @rednoseday for taking us to Ghana!"

This year's Red Nose Day is due to take place on March 15 and One Direction are set to release the accompanying charity single, which is said to be a cover of Blondie's 'One Way Or Another'.
