'One Way Or Another' claims the No.1 UK single spot

One Direction's 'One Way Or Another (Teenage Kicks)' charity single for Comic Relief has entered The UK Official Singles Chart straight in at No.1.

Over 113,000 copies of the mash-up have already been sold, and the track is No.1 in 63 countries. The sales signify the best opening week of any single this year so far, resulting in the single being the fastest selling single of 2013.

'One Way Or Another' was originally written by Blondie, and 'Teenage Kicks' by The Undertones. This is the band's third No.1 in the UK.

Elsewhere in the charts, Macklemore And Ryan Lewis' Thrift Shop are this week's No.2, and Bauuer's 'Harlem Shake' is No.3 and a non-mover this week.

Justin Timberlake has two singles in the charts, 'Mirrors' at No.4 and 'Suit & Tie' at No.14.
