An embarrassed Niall Horan had his car returned yesterday (February 25) after falling foul of traffic wardens.

The One Direction singer revealed on Twitter that his car had disappeared from his parking spot after returning to the vehicle.

He posted a photo of the empty space, which can be seen below, as he pondered where his car had been towed to, adding: "Got back to the car and it wasnt there!"

However, he later revealed that the spot was not supposed to have any parked cars during late afternoon - and that he had got his vehicle back. He said:

"Got it back hahaha! Sorted! Didnt see the sign that said 'no parkin between 4 and 6'. Ahha."

One Direction meanwhile are currently in the midst of their Take Me Home UK tour, with the lads due to play Glasgow today (February 26).
