One Direction to "film concert for 3D movie"

One Direction are set to film one of their upcoming UK gigs for their debut movie, according to heat.

The magazine say the band's recently announced date at London's O2 Arena in April will be shot for their first ever 3D film, which is due out later this year.

As previously reported, One Direction revealed that they will be performing a new date at the O2 Arena on April 6, meaning that they will be playing the venue a total of ten times on the same tour.

The group have been filming footage for the flick for months as the 'Kiss You' stars traverse the globe.

The film is being headed by Super Size Me director Morgan Spurlock.

The next stop on One Direction's Take Me Home tour meanwhile is the Manchester Arena on Friday night (March 15).
