Heartthrob Liam Payne and his girlfriend, dancer Danielle Peazer, have taken the next step in their relationship and bought a dog.

Writing on his official Twitter page last night (March 17), the 'Little Things' superstar revealed the exciting news to his 9.5 million followers and also shared a photograph of the adorable pooch:

"Everybody meet mine and @daniellepeazer new dog Loki :)"

Peazer also introduced new pet Loki to her own Twitter followers, adding: "The new love of mine and @Real_Liam_Payne's life..... Loki :) xxx"

Despite this adorable new addition to their little family, Payne is set to head out on a world tour with the rest of the One Direction lads and he won't get back until October after they're done playing their final show in Australia.

Along with performing down under, the One Direction singers will also travel to North America, Canada, Mexico, and mainland Europe.
