Harry Styles opens up about 'Best Song Ever' and says he 'misses clean clothes' on tour

One Direction heartthrob Harry Styles has revealed that he really likes the band's new single, 'Best Song Ever', because it's heavier than their previous material.

Speaking to Radio 1's Scott Mills earlier today during the song's first play, Styles admitted that it's one of the best tracks he has worked on so far:

"'Best Song Ever' is my favourite song that we've done so far. I know everyone comes back with new music and says, 'this is a bit different to what we've done before', but it is. It's a little bit heavier, but not, like, Slipknot or anything. The drums are bigger, the guitars are bigger - I really like it."

When asked if there are any home comforts that he misses when he's on the road with One Direction, the hitmaker added: "I actually really miss clean clothes. We have laundry days, but we still only have the same 6 T-shirts and the same 2 pairs of jeans."

The superstar also joked that while there hasn't been a band argument for some time, there was a fight about which film to watch on the tour bus. He said: "The people who work with us, we have a couple of females on one of the buses and they just watch 'Sex and the City' marathons."
