Louis Tomlinson looking forward to Doncaster football match despite pulling out

One Direction's Louis Tomlinson has revealed his excitement for a Doncaster Rovers Reserves game tonight (September 18) despite pulling out through injury.

The singer was due to take part in the second-string side's match against Scunthorpe United Reserves at Doncaster's Keepmoat Stadium to raise money for a local hospice.

However, he had to pull out of the match due to an injury which may have been sustained at a recent charity game in Glasgow.

Tomlinson will still watch the game from the bench and he took to Twitter to invite his fans to come along. He said:

"Gutted I can't play tomorrow but looking forward to watching the game. If your coming down see you there :) x."

The singer meanwhile signed a 'non-contract' deal with Doncaster Rovers earlier this year to help raise money for the Bluebell Wood children's hospice.
