One Direction have topped a list of the most profitable X Factor UK acts.

Now magazine say that the boyband, who formed on the reality show in 2010, could make a staggering £775 million by the end of 2013.

This would mean that they are by far the biggest money-making act to have come from the X Factor, with Leona Lewis in second place with a worth of £12m.

Third is 2008 winner Alexandra Burke (£6.1m) whilst fourth place goes to boyband JLS.

Other names to feature on the rich list include Jedward, Olly Murs and Cher Lloyd.
