One Direction heartthrob Liam Payne recently revealed that a fan snuck onto his hotel room's balcony and stole a pair of his boxer shorts that were drying outside and he has now given a little more detail about the strange incident. 

He confessed to the New Zealand Herald newspaper that he was naked when the underwear was stolen and had no clothes in his vicinity to cover his modesty so he had to let the teen girls (pictured below with the red clothing item) take the pants and look the other way:

"It was a bit scary to be fair because when you're naked and there's a stranger looking through the window ... If you turn it the other way round and I'd been looking at her [naked] through a window, I'd have been straight off to jail!"

"I was in bed and I heard something bang on the balcony, so I woke up. My door didn't close properly and she started trying to open the door. I was like, 'What do I do? I'm naked!' I've got like no resources around me to not be naked, so I just started shouting for my [security] guy and then she ran off."

Tweeting about the ordeal on October 7, the 'Little Things' heartthrob told his 13.6 million followers that it ruined his day: "Strangest way I've ever been woken up, When ur in bed butt naked an sum1 is trying to force open your balcony this is gunna be a strange day."
