One Direction have spoken about what they would like to receive this Christmas.

As December 25 hits, millions of youths across the UK and beyond will be opening up presents.

Most of the One Direction lads will be no different but Louis Tomlinson told Top of the Pops magazine that he is happy to just spend time with his family.

He said: "Clothes would be very nice. And I know it’s a bit cheesy but as long as I get to see my friends and family, that’s good enough for me."

Harry Styles added: "What’s on my Christmas list? Sleep, sleep, two more sleeps and then a Christmas dinner!"

Zayn Malik meanwhile commented: "I don’t know what I want for Christmas, but every year all the family comes over and we play cards, so I’d just love to do that again as I have lots of memories of it. Playing cards, board games and watching a film, all sat together in one room."
