Paloma Faith has confirmed a UK tour for later in the year that will see the singer perform with a 42-piece orchestra.

The flamboyant star will team up with the Guy Barker Orchestra for a number of Symphonic Grace concerts in October.

They will play reworked material from Faith's back catalogue, as well as "jazz ballads" and some other "surprises".

The jaunt will kick off in Bristol on October 22 before travelling around the UK. The tour, which will see Faith team up with previous collaborator Barker once more, will finish at The Sage in Gateshead on October 30.

Speaking about the tour news, Faith said: "I’m so excited to performing with Guy again and looking forward to putting a new spin on the songs with the new orchestral arrangements."
