Paul Weller has announced details of his next album 'Sonik Kicks', which will be released in March next year.

The album will mark the follow up to the 2010 Mercury Prize nominated 'Wake Up The Nation', which also helped the Jam man pick up NME's 'Godlike Genius' award in the same year.

'Sonik Kicks' is slated for a March 26, 2012 release and will contain 14 songs.

The "Modfather" is also previewing one of the album's tracks, 'Around The Lake', on his official website.

Earlier this year, Weller helped out Liam Gallagher's clothing line Pretty Green by designing a number of items, including jackets and scarves.
