'She Said' hitmaker Plan B recently founded the Each One Teach One foundation to help disadvantaged youths and revealed that he plans to be very involved with it.

Speaking to London's Evening Standard newspaper about the charitable organisation, he explained that it's important to be active instead of just throwing money at the project: "I don't think there is enough opportunity for young people in certain areas."

"A lot of them are just leaving school, they're not strong academically but better suited for practical things. We found a handful of organisations that give practical training in east London and I want to give them the support they need."

He has also vowed to donate £1 from every concert ticket he sells to boost the fundraising for Each One Teach One, adding that he wants to help where he can and thinks it'll also be beneficial to his art:

"I think if I don't do this I will lose integrity. I've always been outspoken about certain issues, now I'm in a position where if I didn't do something it looks kind of hypocritical. In the long run I think it will be healthy to my art and my music, working with these kids."

Plan B: 'I'd love to work with Quentin Tarantino'

'She Said' hitmaker Plan B has revealed that there is one film director in particular that he would absolutely love to work with.

The singer is no stranger to the big screen after making his directorial debut with 'iLL Manors' last year, and told London's Metro that he is keen to join a project with the well-respected film icon, Quentin Tarantino:

"I would love to work with Quentin Tarantino. Is that realistic? I have found in my life the people I want to work with, it usually happens but when I least expect it. My life’s changed now. When I go up to people and tell them I have an idea, they listen. Before, people didn’t take me seriously."

He also opened up about his charitable organisation, Each One Teach One, and explained that it's important to give back and to keep yourself grounded where fame is concerned: "I still think fame can be an ugly thing unless you do the right thing with it."

"I feel I live in a make-believe world for a lot of the time…that’s why it is really important for me to return to the environment that I came from and work with those kids. It’s good to take a step out of the rat race and think about what you want to say to the world."

Plan B predicts more riots: 'It will get worse until the government steps up'

Rapper Plan B has explained that there will be more street rioting in the UK because nothing is being done to solve the problems that start the violence.

While talking to BBC's Newsbeat, the 'iLL Manors' star revealed that it's the government's responsibility to try to help the people and deal with the issues that are sparking the crime, but it's unlikely this day will ever come:

"I don't think the government is ever going to solve these problems. We will have more riots, it's going to get worse. We have had an issue with youth unemployment in this country for longer than 30 years. I don't think they have the b**ls to actually go and find out what's going on."

He added that it's equally as important to send out a message through the creative world, which he did with his latest movie 'iLL Manors', in order to realistically reflect the current situation:

"Through music and through film we can change people's perception of the problem and show them the reality of it."

"Drugs are cool for kids, violence is cool, these things are exciting. A lot of these kids don't believe in themselves enough. They feel so detached from society they think, 'What's the point going to school, getting a job?' That's why so many end up getting involved in gangs."

British hitmaker Plan B has revealed that he plans to disappear from the world of celebrity for a while so that he can concentrate on making new music.

The 'iLL Manors' star explained to The Sun that while he enjoys the 'red carpet' treatment, it'll be great to get back to normality and bow out of the spotlight to focus on being creative again:

"I want to take a year out from being photographed and going to shows. I'm living the dream I guess, a red carpet is rolled out everywhere I go. People treat me differently."

"But the only way I can keep on making music about real life is to live in normality, and the last three years I haven't been. It's been touring, awards shows and stuff that's great fun - but I'm an artist and I need inspiring. It'll be nice to get away from that celebrity circuit."

Plan B unveils new video

Plan B has unleashed the video for his recent Labrinth collaboration.

The pair teamed up for the track 'Playing With Fire' for the rapper's second album 'ill Manors'.

Plan B is releasing the track as a single on December 2 and he has now unveiled the video for the song.

The promotional clip sees both the 'Defamation of Strickland Banks' star and Labrinth sing near flames, whilst there are also clips from Plan B's 'ill Manors' film added into in.

The video ends with Plan B appearing to be on fire as he stretches out his arms.

The album 'ill Manors' meanwhile is up for this year's Mercury Music Prize, which is decided today (November 1), alongside the likes of rivals Alt-J and Jessie Ware.

Speaking previously about the Mercury award, Plan B said that the success of rapper Dizzee Rascal in 2003 shows how important the event is. He said: "As soon as Dizzee won, a lot of record labels went out and started signing up artists, so it is pretty prestigious and it is important."

Plan B reveals £40,000 debt woe

Plan B has admitted that he was in debt to the tune of £40,000 until "about two years ago".

The singer and actor released his hit album 'The Defamation of Strickland Banks' in 2010, which landed at No.1 in the UK albums chart.

However, Plan B - who won a Best British male BRIT Award in early 2011 - told BBC Newsbeat that he was tens of thousands of pounds in debt before he started to tour the album. He said:

"I didn't start making any money from [my] live shows until about two years ago. I was 40 grand in debt before 'Strickland Banks' come out. So the first Strickland Banks tour I did I was in debt."

The 'iLL Manors' man continued: "People see you on film posters and they see your album out. [They] see your videos and think you're making money. A massive misconception."

It is said that earning royalties on songs only occurs at least a year after the work has been published. Rapper Wretch 32 commented on the issue:

"The best get rich scheme is probably the lottery. It takes a little while for the royalties to kick in. I'm sure the payment is like a year behind what you've done the year before."

'She Said' sensation Plan B has criticised the British government for trying to cover up big problems in order to seem 'together' to the rest of the world.

Speaking specifically about the London riots that took place last summer, he explained to The Independent that the remaining issues were 'swept under the carpet' because of the 2012 Olympics and the reputation the country wanted to uphold:

"It's the first time in 30 or 40 years that the issues are at the front of the pile. The Government swept it under the carpet because of the Olympics."

Plan B also opened up about his opinions on tax, adding that he will donate £1 from every ticket sold for his 2013 arena tour to his newly set-up Each One Teach One trust:

"I want to give money to the individuals within the community who are doing great things, but are struggling to do them because they've got no financial support."

British hitmaker Plan B has revealed that he looks up to 'Cry Me A River' singer and actor Justin Timberlake because he's managed to maintain his integrity despite coming from a boyband background.

Speaking to fasterlouder.com.au, he explained that it takes a true artist to emerge from the kind of scene that Timberlake did with *Nsync and rise to such global success because it's often easier to churn out manufactured hits and take the 'industry shortcut':

"I see other artists putting their names to complete bull***t, manufactured kind of pop music and then they want to come and be real afterwards. Well cool, they can try, but I'm not sure the worlds gonna have it."

"There's one person I think that's really gotten away with that: Justin Timberlake. He comes out in a pop band making s**t music and he's managed to show the world that he's really talented."

Referring to the superstar, Plan B added: "He's kind of got that integrity, but that's him. I don't think there are many other people with the power to do that."

Back in July, Plan B explained that his latest record is a "reflection of today" and said that the songs on it "mirror" current issues and situations:

"It's a mirror, a reflection of today. And of the problems that have been swept under the carpet since the riots put them on the front pages. That's why I made it so visceral, to get under people's skin. I wanted people to misunderstand it and to start debating it again."

British hitmaker Plan B scored his second UK No.1 album on the weekend with 'iLL Manors' and he revealed that his home country provided inspiration for the record.

In an interview with the NME, the star explained that he wanted to reflect his understanding of current issues in the songs featured on the cut and described the tracklisting as "a reflection of today":

"It's a mirror, a reflection of today. And of the problems that have been swept under the carpet since the riots put them on the front pages."

"That's why I made it so visceral, to get under people's skin. I wanted people to misunderstand it and to start debating it again."

The Official Charts Company revealed that Plan B outsold the UK's No.2 album, which was confirmed on Sunday (July 29) as 'Handwritten' by The Gaslight Anthem, by 2 copies to 1.
