Brian May thanks fans after "incredible" Queen gig

Brian May has praised Queen fans after their latest North America tour date.

The played played in Edmonton, Canada on Tuesday night (June 24) and it seems the guitarist was blown away by the reception.

He tweeted: "That was an incredible night in Edmonton - by far the loudest and most inspiring response of the tour so far. THANKS Edmonton folks!!! Bri."

The group opened with the tune 'Now I'm Here' before blasting into the rock anthem 'Stone Cold Crazy'.

There were also renditions of the likes of 'I Want It All', 'Under Pressure' and 'Don't Stop Me Now'.

The are currently touring with Adam Lambert on vocals and dates in Asia and Australia are due to follow the North America run.
