Brian May on 'dream' Madison Square Garden gig: 'I've never heard so much love'

Brian May has opened up on his band's Madison Square Garden concert last night (July 17).

Queen performed alongside Adam Lambert at the iconic New York venue as part of their summer North America tour.

The event seems to have humbled veteran May, who took to Twitter to gush with praise for the show and the audience.

He said: "That was the fulfilment if a dream tonight. Thank you New York City folks. Amazing. Bless ya. Bri [sic]."

The legendary axeman later posted: "Bless ya folks. A night to remember forever. Thanks so much. I never heard so much positivity and love. Appreciated. 'Night. Bri."

May and co. meanwhile are due to perform in Australia, New Zealand and Asia later this year.
