Queen drummer Roger Taylor believes their pairing with Adam Lambert is a "dream team".

The group have toured with the singer this year across the globe and they will bring their arena show to Europe in early 2015.

Speaking at a press conference in Berlin on Thursday (December 11), the band reflected on their fruitful partnership.

Lambert said: "This could have very well gone a different direction. It could have been an awkward pairing.

"But I think what is so great is that we all get along really well and there's a lot of mutual respect - and we have fun."

Drummer Taylor meanwhile said: "We had such great fun on our recent world tour, it's a dream team with Adam. He can tackle any song and bring it to life. It really is a joy for us."

Queen and Adam Lambert will hit the UK for a tour in January.
