Queen's Brian May says New Year's Eve gig was 'great fun'

Queen star Brian May has offered some thoughts on the band's recent New Year's Eve concert.

The group teamed up with singer Adam Lambert to play at London's Westminster Hall on December 31.

The show was broadcast to the nation on BBC One live before and after the bells.

Speaking in a Brian Talks YouTube video uploaded recently, guitarist May said that whilst the pressure was on, the gig was "great fun".

He said: "Thank you for your great comments about that. It was a lot of fun. High pressure of course, because it was completely live and [we had to] do it to time - we had to finish spot on at twelve o' clock.

"But it was great fun and you guys who were there were amazing."
