Female fronted electro-indie Kid Cupid return with ‘Blue Moon’

“Nostalgic and calming – this London-based act exudes infectious energy and charm in their fusion of upbeat electronica and indie pop to deliver a style full of visceral and intense liveliness” - Nakid Magazine

Female fronted electronic pop group Kid Cupid explore the fleeting social interactions we have as human beings in latest single ‘Blue Moon’. Underpinned by a driving synth bass, echoing vocals and a touch of cornet, Kid Cupid showcase their vocal harmonies and intricate merging of acoustic and electronic beats in their upcoming single.

‘Blue Moon’ was written by a river as the sun was setting in India, inspiring Geordie front women Laura Shaw to explore the idea that we shared moments with strangers who we may never see again. After forming just over a year ago, London based Kid Cupid have already established themselves as a captivating live act. Drawing comparisons to London Grammar and Chvrches, the strong female fronted group layer their thought provoking lyrics acting as social commentaries above infectious melodies.
