Secret Garden Party Snap Up New Warner Signing Si Cranstoun

King of the vintage scene, Si Cranstoun - once dubbed the ‘Sam Cooke of Croydon’ (Craig Charles, BBC 6Music) - has been announced as the latest act to be playing at this year’s Secret Garden Party festival.

From busking the streets of South London to touring venues across the UK, Cranstoun has built a huge following within the flourishing vintage pop scene. His dream came true earlier this year as Warner Music signed him up to their label. Described by label boss Conrad Withey as ‘a unique talent’, Cranstoun is certainly set for big things. Preparing for a big push up until the New Year, Cranstoun is due to be playing a string of exciting UK dates.

Fresh from playing with Little Richard as part of his comeback show in Las Vegas, Cranstoun will be playing Saturday 27th at the Secret Garden Party festival.  Taking inspiration from rock ‘n’ roll’s golden age, Cranstoun’s catchy tunes and distinct vocals are certain to capture the attentions of the audience. Managing to persuade even the most stubborn non-dancers, Cranstoun’s upbeat songs recall some of the greats from Louis Jordan to Jackie Wilson. Cranstoun’s performance is not to be missed at this year’s festival.
