Side B is comprised of four new songs from the beloved singer, songwriter, fan favorite from NBC’s The Voice, and YouTube icon. The first single “Invisible” arrived in February and immediately resonated with audiences in a big way. Its anime-inspired official music video and a lyric video collectively garnered over 1 million YouTube views, while the airy and empowering anthem quickly surpassed 300K Spotify streams. Pop Crush praised the animated visual as “Powerful,” and Rolling Stone, Billboard, Idolator, and more have featured the breathtaking song.
The EP showcases the undeniable power in CHRISTINA’s voice. From the inspiring and emotionally charged cover “I Won’t Give Up” to the delicate new R&B-infused ballad “I Only Miss You When I Breathe,” Side B represents this multi-faceted and talented artist at her most impassioned and inimitable. Side B brings things full circle for CHRISTINA’s catalog. It’s the follow-up to her February 2016 release Side A and is comprised of three previously unreleased songs plus a re-produced “I Won’t Give Up”—which she initially performed on The Voice and dedicated to her mom. The trio of new tracks will also feature on a 10-song LP, All Is Vanity, out June 2nd on National Gun Violence Awareness Day.

The Side B EP celebrates the life and legacy of CHRISTINA’s inspiring and gentle soul. Dubbed the “Queen of YouTube” at just 17-years-old by none other than Ellen DeGeneres, she touched the lives of millions with countless videos. Watching the songstress perform music in her childhood bedroom, listeners felt an intimate connection to CHRISTINA as if they grew up with her. As her music spread around the world, countless fans shared stories of how those songs helped them through their darkest moments—from illness to depression—and invigorated them to achieve their dreams against all odds. In the aftermath of her tragic passing, many supporters donated time, resources, and money to keep the artist’s vision alive.
