Rihanna: 'I need to be stimulated'

Bajan beauty Rihanna has opened up about being creative and revealed that she has to be attracted to a project before signing up to complete it, whether it's musical or otherwise.

Speaking to V magazine, the beauty admitted that she needs to be stimulated and won't commit to a project if it doesn't excite or interest her completely:

"I run away from anything that does not stimulate me. I often find myself gravitating toward the underground. There is a certain creative freedom there that you can't experience anywhere else."

When asked about the fact that she hasn't released a new album since her 2012 offering 'Unapologetic', Rihanna confessed that she hasn't been taking a break and has instead been working incredibly hard:

"I didn't actually take time off. The past two years are the hardest I've ever worked. I've been working on two albums, an animated film, shooting for multiple magazines, designing for Puma and Stance, a new line of fragrances, a summer tour, I launched my first annual Diamond Ball at the end of last year, and I've also been developing several projects to be revealed in the near future."
