Rihanna has apologised to her fans in Belfast after arriving almost two hours late for the show in the Odyssey Arena last night, September 29. 

The 'Hard' singer, who was recently asked by a farmer in Bangor, Co. Down to cover up on the video shoot for 'We Found Love', took to her Twitter to explain the delay:

"Belfast sorry for being so late 2nt! Big Show! First Night! Things dont always run smoothly or as planned, but I dearly appreciate ur patience."

The 23-year-old will be playing for two more nights in Belfast and one night in Dublin before she starts her tour in the UK. 

DJ Calvin Harris, who she collaborated with on 'We Found Love', will be supporting the superstar for her UK and Ireland dates.
