Bajan beauty Rihanna was forced to cancel her concert in Malmo, Sweden on Monday (October 31) after she was hospitalised with flu. 

The 'We Found Love' chart-topper was due to perform on Halloween, but became so ill she had to duck out of her commitments to recover.

She tweeted a photo of her arm, which had an intravenous drip hooked up to it, along with a simple message that just read "Sorry Malmo!!! #LOUDtour".

An official statement from the star explained how disappointed she was to cancel the show:

"I am sorry to everyone who was coming to my show in Malmo. I was so excited to perform for you all. It would have been a great time…so much better than being sick with the flu, ugh! I'm really disappointed I couldn't be there."
