Rihanna confirms '777 Tour' countries and dates

Rihanna has officially confirmed the countries that she will visit as part of her special 777 Tour.

The singer recently announced that she would be travelling the globe in a Boeing 777 to play seven cities in seven days as she celebrates the release of her seventh studio album 'Unapologetic'.

The Bajan beauty has now confirmed the cities and dates of the tour, which will kick off in Mexico on Wednesday (November 14) before ending up in New York on November 20.

The identity of the venues, however, has not yet been revealed.

Speaking about the ambitious tour - which will see Rihanna travel with fans and journalists - the 'Diamonds' star said: "I am so excited about the '777' Tour. We are turning this jumbo jet into our tour bus. We are practically living on this thing for a week: sleeping, partying all together. Me, my fans, the press…it's going to be a wild ride. I wanted it to be a rock n' roll adventure, and I think when it's over it will be the coolest thing I've ever done. I'm that excited about it."

The schedule meanwhile is as follows:

Mexico City, Mexico - November 14
Toronto, Canada - November 15
Stockholm, Sweden - November 16
Paris, France - November 17
Berlin, Germany - November 18
London, UK - November 19
New York City, US - November 20
