Rihanna has gushed about the "incredible ride" she's enjoyed since starting out in the music industry.

The international songstress is gearing up for the release of her seventh studio album Unapologetic on Monday, and she took to Twitter to share her thoughts with her fans.

She said: "Could you believe #UNAPOLOGETIC is coming out on MONDAY already??!! That's a trip to think about! What an incredible ride. #getyolifeMONDAY (sic)."

24-year-old Rihanna is currently on her whirlwind 777 tour where she will visit seven countries over seven days performing seven shows.

The singer recently wowed fans in Stockholm, and took to the social networking site to thank her loyal following for their continued support.

She said: "Stockholm thank you , I love you so much! I think I'm gonna spend the night with you guys!! Paris, I'll see you tomorrow tho #777tour (sic)."
