Rihanna extends UK tour with two more shows

Rihanna has added two more dates to her 2013 UK tour.

The global star had previously announced a number of outdoor and arena shows due to take place in the country next summer.

She later added on an extra date at London's O2 Arena - and now the singer has augmented the schedule with a couple of more dates due to demand.

Rihanna will now play the Manchester Arena on July 15 and Birmingham's LG Arena three days later on July 18.

The previously announced dates are taking place in June, meaning that the 'Where Have You Been' star will have to return to British shores for the two dates.

However, they tie in nicely with Rihanna's recently announced headline slot at Scottish festival T in the Park, which is taking place over July 12-14.

Tickets meanwhile for the two newly announced shows will go on sale at 9am UK time on December 7.
