Rihanna has expressed her disappointment after trying to soak up the sun in Poland.

The singer is currently in Europe on her Diamonds world tour and it seems she wanted to spend her time off on the beach.

However, it appears that Rihanna and her friends were so crowded by fans that they had to hide behind umbrellas on the beach.

The singer appeared in an Instagram video in the temporary enclosure, saying: 

"This is what a beach day in Poland looks like. Getting as much sun as possible. Caged in like a f***ing animal!”

The 'Stay' star also posted a picture on Instagram of herself looking glum in a bikini on Sunday (July 5), along with the caption: "Tried to have a beach day, that was a fail!!"
