Rita Ora has effused praise on the working relationship she has with Jay Z.

The Brit singer is signed to the rapper's Roc Nation label and she told The Talks that the US star is always on hand to show an interest in his acts.

When asked what it is like to have Jay Z working above you, Ora said:

"I love how involved Jay is with his business. He definitely knows what’s going on all the time. My favourite thing would probably just be his simple questions like: 'What do you want?', 'What do you feel?', 'How do you feel?'.

"With him, it’s always about how I feel. To have an artist being an artist and a boss makes it so much more believable and so much more honest. He doesn’t care about anything else apart from being an artist."

Speaking meanwhile about her rise to fame, Ora said:

"I’ve learned so much since the beginning, but I’m still that girl that needs and wants to express myself. Now I just have a better understanding of the business and know what needs to be done."
