Rita Ora on the music industry: 'It changes people - it's scary'

'I Will Never Let You Down' songstress Rita Ora has confessed that being in the music industry can be intimidating because she has seen how much it really changes people.

During a new interview with Clash magazine, the beauty explained that it can have a strong impact on artists and she's cautious not to let it change her too much: "Being around music is a scary place. You see how it really changes people, so I've experienced a lot of things."

Ora, meanwhile, is preparing to release her second studio album and admitted that she's happy with how much of herself she can hear on the record this time around: "I think the more honesty the better for me now. There's definitely more of me in there, and it has a lot of character."

Earlier this summer, Ora told Britain's Hello! magazine that one lesson she has learned on her rise to fame is that she has made some fake friends who are only by her side because of the benefits: "There are a lot of fake friendships. When I first started out, people warned me about someone, but I was very much, 'No, she's being nice.' I guess you learn the hard way. You have to know the difference between what's real and what's fake."
