Rita Ora on new album: 'It's the most honest I've ever been'

Rita Ora believes her next album is her most open and frank work yet.

The singer is due to release her second record later this year and it will come a matter of months after she split from Calvin Harris.

Speaking to Capital FM, the 'Hot Right Now' star admitted that she may have been too honest in recent interviews.

However, Ora said that her next album will continue down a similar route:

"What I've chosen to speak about in the past, yeah, sometimes it's been a bit too open because I am human and I want people to know I am a girl and things do happen to me.

"Just because cameras are in my face it doesn't mean I don't have normal dramas. But I think it's a lesson learned. And now me being older, being 23 and that, I've learned to just contain myself. I contain what I talk about.

"This [new] album's the most honest I've ever been and I think all these headlines and all these stories, it will all make sense soon."

Ora meanwhile recently said that former boyfriend Harris blocked her from performing the single 'I Will Never Let You Down' - which he wrote and produced - at the Teen Choice Awards.
