Rita Ora on 'Fifty Shades' movie role: 'It's an opener for me to get into Hollywood'

'I Will Never Let You Down' songstress Rita Ora stars in the upcoming movie adaptation of 'Fifty Shades Of Grey' and she has revealed that her very brief appearance in the motion picture will expose her to more acting opportunities.

During a new interview with On Air with Ryan Seacrest this morning (February 12), the beauty explained that her role in the film will help her to break out into the acting world

"It was the best experience ever and it’s such a great kind of opener for me to kind of get into the Hollywood movies. It’s just a really, really fun experience, and the soundtrack is awesome.”

She plays the character of Mia Grey, main character Christian Grey's sister, and it has been reported this week that her screen time amounts to a mere 90 seconds. Ora spoke to Capital FM last year about filming her scenes in the movie and admitted that it was time consuming:

"That took up a lot of my time as I didn’t wanna embarrass anybody, so I made sure I knew exactly what I was doing. It was an incredible experience. I went from not knowing what it’s like being on a movie set, to feeling like I knew them all for years, and I wasn’t even there for that long. They’d already been filming for months and months, so I came in mid-way through the film. I can honestly say it’s so cool to be in it. I’m so excited, I was really nervous. I kind of came in last minute, I auditioned last minute."
