Robin Thicke bags first US No.1 albumRobin Thicke has topped the US albums chart for the first time. The sultry singer achieved the feat with his new record 'Blurred Lines', which was released in the country on July 30. It beats his previous chart high of No.3, which was attained in 2008 by 'Something Else'. 'Blurred Lines' meanwhile also previously hit No.1 in the UK albums chart. Elsewhere in the Billboard 200, metal outfit Five Finger Death Punch landed at No.2 with 'Wrong Side of Heaven, Vol. 1' whilst Jay Z's 'Magna Carta Holy Grail' got the bronze medal. Selena Gomez's new record 'Stars Dance' meanwhile dropped seven places from No.1 to No.8.
