British singer-songwriter Sam Smith has revealed to the girls of Fifth Harmony that he loves their song 'Sledgehammer', which was written by 'All About That Bass' star Meghan Trainor. 

Earlier this morning, vocal sensation Sam Smith sent a tweet to Fifth Harmony about how much he loves their new single. He wrote: "@FifthHarmony OBSESSED with 'Sledgehammer'!!!!! Hope you're all well xx."

Upon seeing the praise, 5H member Dinah Jane Hansen replied and told him that she can't believe he spoke so highly of the track:

"@samsmithworld @FifthHarmony I'm just waking up to this and I had to tell myself you're not dreaming! Lol thanks soo much Sam. Much love XO."

Songstress Lauren Jauregui also sent the 'Stay With Me' hitmaker a message of thanks and added: "@samsmithworld Thanks babee. OBSESSED with youu."
